An addendum to the Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) for the Preliminary Design and Class Environmental Assessment for Highway 148 from Pembroke to Greenwood Road, County of Renfrew, GWP 214-00-00, June 2018, has been prepared to document changes to the Preliminary Design such as additional property requirements and limited night work.
